While on the front page, if you hover over this menu here

You'll find from time to time, that the champion thumbnails on the free champion rotation will have a noticeable drop in resolution for a short period of time.

I have been able to reproduce this about 6/10 times just by moving my mouse back and forth in an oscillatory motion for like 10 seconds:

I thought it was at least worth pointing out.
I haven't seen this problem happen with any other page besides the front page, but quite frankly, I haven't looked into it too much

I would guess this is just related to internet speed? Is anybody else having this issue?
