Maximum E damage as far as I understand is 336 (+0.9 AP) (+6% Mana). That is a big number. Then also add in that you deal damage on the targets around it and these targets proc your ult, which then puts their AoE back into the target. Could hurt a bit.

It's also extreme best case scenario. Not going to happen that often in a lane scenario I feel.
