Black Screen Login League of Legends (after...

Hi all, i've a problem with League of Legends since three days.

When i open the Client, and i click on Launch, a black screen appears, instead of Login normal board. So, i can't Login or nothing else.

We are many people having this trouble actually.
I tried many "raccomanded actions" and solutions that i've found in many forum threads:

- run as administrator
- run lol.launcher.admin.exe
- disable firewall/antivirus
- uninstall and re-install in the same folder
- uninstall and re-install in a new directory
- uninstall and re-install in a new partition hard-disk
- using the "Repair" option on "?" at the Launcher
- update .NET Frameword
- update Microsoft Visual CC
- update Internet Explorer
- clean all browsers cache
- update AIR Adobe and Adobe Flash Player
- update Windows Update
- update NVIDIA GeForce drivers
- delete folders "lol_air_client" and "lol_air_client_euw_config" and trying to fix with "Repair"
- restart my router / PC
- change server from EUW to NA (or others) and back.
- change my screen resolution

NOTHING WORKED.

I ask help to you, because I hadn't support by official and unofficial other SupportBoards on the Net.

We are many people having this trouble.

Hi,

As this isn't a problem with the MOBAFire website, this would be better suited in Off-Topic.

I'm impressed by everything you've tried. I take it you've also contacted Rito? I'm not a Windows nerd and not a LoL nerd but here are some basic questions:

First of all, do you hear the theme music when the launcher starts? If so, try to log in by typing your username -> tab -> type your password -> enter. Do you hear the familiar "unlock" sound after a while and does the music stop? Do you still see nothing?

If that doesn't work, try entering only your password -> enter

Note that you should make sure no other applications can grab vision while you do this, and that you don't click anywhere with the mouse.

What happens when you close the launcher using the usual cross button in the top right?

Did you try reinstalling Adobe AIR and Flash instead of updating? I'm not sure whether IE is still used, but you might want to try updating that too.

Have you tried accessing a different server?

What happens when you run Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.129\deploy\LolClient.exe directly?

Lastly, hit the Save Logs button in the same menu as the Repair option and upload them. This would be nice batch of information to send to Rito I think, and maybe provide a clue to us too, if you're willing to share them. The logs do contain some of your system information, so you'll have to decide that for yourself. To which extent I can't say, but expect computer model, hardware, and all logs made by the LoL applications as a minimum (which is nice, because we want the client logs). If you don't want to share all that, the files in \Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.129\deploy\logs form a good start.

Hii!! Hope u notice me :/ this is happening with me too. Today i installed windows 10 and since then it stopped working. Did u fixed the problem on ur computer? If yes, how? Thx if u can help me, Im getting realy desesperated at this point (sry for the bad english)

League started doing the same for me but then it finally worked.
1. Right click league and click properties.
2. Click compatibility
3. See if the box is checked for "Run this program in compatibility mode".
4. If it is, UNCHECK IT.
5. Then click apply, ok, then start league again.
Hopefully this works!

i had this problem since yesterday and i did what u said and all this worked for me.hmm i wonder why it has to be switched to this now.

Go to regedit HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
and check it.

Check your registry I had same problem.
I think we changed location of appdata or something like that then lol can't find it.
