You dont want to take you're W at first, because of you're laner want to poke at early, you can farm on a short distance and try to keep you alive instead. :)

I believe that Harvester of Sorrows should be taken right at the start in order to maximize the exp you get early on.

Hey, your guide is so far the only one who's build seems right, but the only thing thats on here is the build. It would be amazing if you added other tips/tricks that you know.
