As it stands, I'm at around a 45% win rate, but I appear to simply be floating around. My main role has shifted from top lane into more bot lane and jungling, and even though I feel like I'm playing great, I'm not managing to win more than 50% of my games. What do you guys think?

I have seen that you like to play Tank.I have some notes for you.
During pick champion screen:
1.See who is TOP on enemy team.Go to counterpicks web site and see who counters that champion.
example. You really dont want to take Shen vs Yorick top same as I dont want to take malphite top vs vladimir.
2.Be polite to the team and respect pick order and DONT insta lock!
3.Ward the map all the time.You dont really have to buy wards but use your trinket all the time to ward.
4.Even if you see that your adc is a bad player dont harras him but instead help him.Dont loose your control and flame on him.Ward him the botlane.
5.Help your other lanes and DONT just farm top as 90% of NASUS players do.Go from top to mid or from bot to mid and reverse.
6.LOOK AT THE MAP! It is very imortant to look at the map as for example your jungler gets ganked and you didnt seen it but you could help im out.
7.If you see that your jungler is rushing and chasing enemy check enemy team for the dead and alive and if you can see that he will be ganked ping him to come back even tought the enemy he is chasing is at 1 hp.You back off and dont get dead as he who chased him.
GREED IS BAD IN LIFE AND IN GAMES!
8.Learn to last hit minions it is very important.
9.Check the enemy build at your lane and of all team and if you see that 4 players are ad and 1 is ap go for armor and reverse if 3-4 are ap go for more magic resist.
10.Dont buy too much armor as it gets weaker if you have it more.Better go for magic resist example if you paly tank.
11.MAKE YOUR FOCUS AT TEAMFIGHTS DO ITS THING.DONT FOCUS TANKS!
12.Well,thats it from me,with these tips I am doing 75% win rate with Malphite at ranked and 65% win rate ad Ranked from SILVER 5 TO SILVER 2.I will go to gold i hope.
Keep it HARD as Malphite ;)

check if enemy team can kill you if you go in
go in blow load if they can't
then u get a kill or pressure them off objective

Dude, you are missing the point. That is low ELO, people have 0 concept and game knowledge. You think if you engage and the enemy team (most probably) uses all their gap closers, CC and ulties on you your team will try to lock down their dmg dealers? I doubt it. They will most probably do the same, and waste dmg and spells on their tank.
Another thing, respecting pick order just doesn't work (well, at least most of the times). In low ELO people think it is blind pick and they don't give a damn about that. Even if they are after you they will be like: "fck you report I called mid first. I go troll, gg."
In low ELO there are different rules, here you go a few of those:
1. If you are a support then you must be able to carry/place countless wards (not just until the limit).
2. If you are a support then you must be able to save your ADC from any point of the map, even if you are still dead (if not, report because you are noob)
3. If you are a jungler then you must gank around 2:05 otherwise you will make your platinum smurf teammates rage because noob jungler no help, report.
4. If you are a jungler you must be able to gank multiple lanes at the same time
And the list goes on..
