A voice actor can only do as good a job as they are directed to do. Zed's voice likely falls under the "Rito sucks with filters" catagory rather than the voice actor messing up tbh. Thresh's is actually the rare occasion they used one correctly. He sounds creepy, imposing and disturbing. I can see how the slow dialogue and chain smoker esque sound to his voice could be seen as "bad", but I think it fits the character theme perfectly. Zyra is another example of good filtering, but it comes off as annoying to some I'd guess.
And lemme tell you why you're also wrong bout the others yo. Zac's voice probably just seems out of place on a "monster" champ. But you also gotta remember he was raised like a normal kid then turned into a hero, so he's a big gelatinous kid. To that degree his VO fits perfectly.
Ezreal, Jarvan, Singed and Fiora are all just old champions with a small pool of dialogue. Fiora's voice is grating, I agree, but thats what you get when you ask an american voice actress to fake a french accent. Ez/J4 just need updated lines (while keeping their current ones).

i want to like zed, but his voice sounds way too forced and lackluster. it sounds like steve blum sounding drunk and he tries to sound cool. no offense, but the voice actor who played zed did a **** job, don't even get me started on nami on being annoying, and she hurts my ears so much!
