Hello!
Good guide, however I disagree with taking Steraks. Kindred has one of the lowest base AD stats for any AD champ so Steraks works very poorly on her in general, even disregarding that the build features no bonus AD. I would take Phantom Dancer instead since it reduces damage taken and is synergistic with your passive.

The idea of tanky kindred is interesting, especially because her passive stacks provide item-free damage, but Cinderhulk? How much damage could that possibly be doing?

Her passive on-hit needs attack speed to scale. It seems much more prudent to go Devourer, and then Phantom Dancer, and Runnan's. After this, tanky-initiator-kindred could built thornmail (which will damage them as she's focused yet kept alive by her ult), guardian angel (tanky resistance and a chance to get out alive), and perhaps frozen heart or locket.

This build would lead to a point-blank initator style, where kindred rushes into the middle of the enemy team, starts blasting them, gets focused, and uses her ult to stay alive while hopefully the entire enemy team is brought to 10% health.

However, it's hard to argue this has more utility than a front-line jungle tank or straight up assasin/marksman kindred.

To elaborate on my thoughts on your build order, I'd probably go Cinderhulk -> Phage -> Situational -> BotRK.

Either Iceborn or a quick Spectre's Cowl as the situational. Maybe worth considering Locket over Spirit Visage as the situational. Though I'd probably only grab Aegis early on in order to not delay the BotRK too much.

I actually really like this build. It's pretty much the same approach good players took towards making Ekko a viable Jungler. The same things are being said against your build as was originally stated about Ekko such as the concept of them being "carry" champions that are meant to build damage. This type of build works on champions like Ekko and Kindred however because both of these champions have low cool downs, good mobility, and some forms of utility.

Overall, we saw great success to the bruiser version of Ekko even seeing it played frequently in professional play so I believe the Ekko solution can do wonders for Kindred. Sorry Riot, we're not changing the meta of the roles in game we'll just alter how we build a character in order to fit them for the role.

So props for your innovative thinking. However I do have to say that I disagree with your build order choices and your movement speed quints. I would just dump more attack speed on the Quints to give the best clear speed. I would also advocate running flat armor as opposed to scaling to guarantee your health during early clears doesn't put you at too great a risk against heavy invade enemies. If you abuse the leash ranges properly this shouldn't be too hard to begin with but a little extra health from the flat armor is still worth it in my opinion.

Overall though I'm glad someone brought this concept to the table so I'll upvote.

I dont really like the cinderhulk. Since you are ranged you wont really get to use the passive in fights with the enemy either they kite you or you kite them and cinderhulks passive will never be in range.

I do like IBG i have tried it myself and that one extra slow is often enought to stick to your target the mana cdr and armor are very nice too.

Overal the build i use is very similar with the only difference being the jungle item. I tend to go poacher smite warrior enchant. Getting 30% attackspeed from runes this gives me a good early powerspike similar to bf sword berserker greaves which adc's have. then with poacher smite i can more easily counter jungle and acquire stacks and put the enemy jungler far behind by counter ganking him and counterjungling him.

my 2cents

Some nice ideas on here but there's no use of coding whatsoever and it's simply too difficult to read so many walls of text. I'm also not totally sold on tank Kindred since they're a carry champion, but I can respect having a different approach on the champion :) I have to downvote though simply because of the lack of coding, the guide just looks unfinished to me. Best of luck to you!

you seem nice! A little more work and it's done! I really don't like that Spirit Visage, and the Attack speed runes could be switched by attack damage, but it really depends on your playstyle! :v Upvoted.
