why would there be a ranked aram. part of the nature of aram is the randomness of the champions. randomness on that scale in this game does not a competitive environment make.

I am sorry this is how you feel. Is it ok with you that us, ppl who want to have Ranked ARAM, can have our own Ranked ARAM league?

As a big fan of ARAM, and also being very competitive, it bothers me that there is no Ranked League for ARAM.
I have experience in administrating something very similar, and I know how elo calculations work and so on. In the beginning results are updated in a spreadsheet, and if this thing gets bigger, it can be then planned further.
We, the ARAM Ranked community, create our own chatroom in game, and create custom game when there is enough players. Matches can be played 5v5, 4v4, 3v3, 2v2, or even 1v1.
After every match, the results will be sent to me, and I will calculate the elo change.
Dodging and bad behaviour will not be tolerated, and will result in a ban from the league.
If you are interested, then add me, "Coma Chameleon" in game, and we can get this thing started.
