Thanks for the feedback, appreciated.

Updated rules to match patch 5.22. Many minor changes concerning itemization and typos.

Also update MF, GP and Vel'koz's name.

Nice guide, just a quick note that in the A-Z champions chapter Vel'koz isn't diplayed since you put in VeI'koz.
