You need to be much more specific if you want us to help you. Provide PC specs, speedtest.net details and perhaps server/location. Furthermore, it's nice to know what type of lag you're experiencing (FPS/ping?)
(something I noticed though is that since start pre-season my ping has risen from 30ms max to a minimum of 120 ping however I don't notice changes in slower play.)
as vynertje said without more info it's hard to find the problem.
e.g. you say good PC however this is an opinion maybe it's worse then you think.
(also 10MB sounds low to me as most people have an internet connection of at least 1.0GBs but if it's your download speed it's a different story)

this is the speed most my friends with fibreglass (rough translation) have the peak download speed of one of my friends (on steam) is ~15-20MBs (will ask him to do a speedtest)
(and then you have me with a 0.1Gbs/100Mbs that can only hit 1.5 Mbs for a download speed for a peak)
so yeah 10Mbs sounds really low to me
Also I'm talking about total internet speed which is kinda affected by everything on the net (so if I download a game and my brother starts a download it's shared a lot more and instead of hitting 1.5Mb you sooner hit 900 kbs

I am new to this forum and I basically came here to find some solution to the lag I am facing in lol.
I have a pretty good PC and have a 10mb internet connection so i guess that is not the problem.
Is there a way I can play without lag?
