Yeah you don't watch EU. Febiven hard-carried the old H2k when he played there (and let me just make clear, H2k was a terrible team before KaSing joined). But hey, lets disregard how he single handedly carried Fnatic through games where their game plan completely failed (i.e. Fnatic vs AHQ, final teamfight).
I feel like the language barrier between Spirit and the rest of the team might be a problem. The reason Reignover-Huni were such a good pair was not only because they were both Korean, but also because Reignover was already quite good in English (better than some other LCS players); thus removing a bottleneck in the support/jungle synergy.
In that regard I kinda like that they got a top laner who already has some experience in playing overseas, but still doesn't completely solve this kind of synergy issues.

Hey, he had the same problem on WE. Didn't stop him from doing well. Now that he actually has a good team, with reliable carries and good players on it, he'll probably be able to have a better performance. Once they get the communication going everything should be going even better.

Thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the sig!
