Thing is you can't get all the information about a character lickity-split. Just wait a little, this is the same case with every new champ that comes out. But also, another problem is that the moment a champion is released it's a bad idea to put out the information asap because everyone and their mother thinks that they have the best build for Jarvan after 1 day and some lucky build may get voted up to the top rather than someone who played him for 50games + putting out a great quality build but getting smashed down to the bottom because it's not the way others play.
