I wasn't too sure if I could do this one. But I decided to give it a shot.
Overall, I darkened the tones and brightened some sections, put it in a tag size and use a more modern style for the text ( ie., single letter) and tried implementing the Street Fighter IV splatter style to his core sections. I also used mah pen-tool to create the red streaking effects and a camera lens for the border.
Hope that works for you, if not, I dunno xD

:D It looks great, really! I like it. Although if I could be a little nitpicky (this is free yet I still have complaints? ;-; I feel like a bad person) I'd like B-Wong in full and the borders (left and right) are a bit confusin gas to why they're there but what's actually inside the picture looks amazing.

Ah, well like I said, those are the camera lens. I wanted to try and give it a feel as if you where capturing the even of the Hyrda pin a picture. I even used the streak to accentuate that, if you don't like em they can take a hike :D
And I can also change the text as well.

The red streaks are really cool although if you could make a smaller line from the right eye (the hydra's left eye, it's a little fat where it sits) and take awya the red straks from the bottom half of the picture I'd make you my lover. The camera lens.. It just doesn't sit too well with me visually and if it could say "B-Wong" in any sort of font anywhere (I hope you don't take this sarchastically) that'd be amazing. :)
Again, I'd like to thank you so much for doing this for free and even just taking the time out of your day to do something like this, great work! I really like what you're doing and that you're so mannered about doing it. It may be getting very repetitive but thank you soo much!

Yes, one of them does look like the one already in my signature but that's not the point for now, what I'm looking for is someone who will just do something creative with the picture, although a small detail I'd like to add is:
DON'T CHANGE ANY COLORS
If you want to make it feel more intense, etc. that's fine by me, I think it'd be great if the colors were just intensified with my name on it, but I'm looking for a little more artistic flare to it, some pizazz!
Something I've come up in my mind is that "Well that Hydralisk picture (brownish dusty one) would look pretty good if it were a bit brighter with the background blurred even further and a Street Fighter 4 theme to it" (if anyone would do that, that'd be pretty amazing awesome.
Like that! The color splats and paintbrush stroke-like outline would look pretty ****ing awesome on the Hydralisk background, don't ya think?
But be creative, don't limit yourself to that sort of art style (to whoever is going to check this out), feel free to add your own sort of style into it, hell it doesn't even have to be street fighter themed, I'm just looking for someone who will do something creative with these pictures abd condense it down into a signature with my name on it! I'll gladly credit any artist that's willing to do this.
