Anybody have any solid news on what this champion is like? The pistol hints toward a marksman, but then again

It's not hyper hard to cut him from being a marksman, you do it either with AA range or by cutting from him something that'd turn him into a marksman naturally. Per example, his passive could be converting bonus attack speed into flat AD/Penetration/Something, effectively underlining his role as something else.
