i get RFC before IE because of the new update to IE, RFC works better
Tho I think you should put the IE before RFC, some might think you mean them to buy RFC before IE (or thats what you meant?).
Also, the matchups for Caitlyn are simple:
Short Range ADCs will struggle vs. her.
Normal Range ADCs are pretty even with her.
The OP **** ADCs are kinda hard for her, tho she's one of them: Lucian, MF, Varus, Kog'maw, Quinn.
High mobility ADCs are also annoying.
Vayne is an assassin, she will be a problem mid to late game.
