Oh hello, yes my Sona build is more of a babysitter support rather than the poking one.
My build is more for the damage input rather than damage output.

Thanks for your input, I'd keep that in mind :)

Hi

I get the impression that you play Sona as a babysitter healer support. That is nice but she is in fact a very potent bursty and poke support. Because of you treating her as a passive healer, you're not running the optimal item, mastery, rune setup and your skill sequence and summoner spell choice is "wrong" as well.

I'm not sure that there is much I can tell you to improve your guide, because I feel like you don't understand the champion's.. primary role? I guess? You're not playing her as an aggressive pokey and bursty AP support, which is how she should be played and how she is played competitively.

That said, even if you do want to play her in a passive healer way you should change your skill order (no reason to max Q by lvl 14, I assume that's a mistake) and you should change your rune setup. I can see that you took the time to explain your rune choices and to pick these specific runes out, but... they are bad runes. I suggest you change your rune setup. There are a few different setups that work well with Sona, I recommend: hybrid or magic pen marks, health or armour seals, scaling AP glyphs glyphs and armour (if took hp seals) and ap quints. In addition to this, there are some questionable item choices. Firstly, Ancient coin isn't very good, Spellthief's is what you should start with especially while Frost Queen's Claim is so good. Boots of swiftness aren't very good and I'd get the CDR or movespeed boots instead.
