Teemo is still very weak against competent players. He still stomps newbies and poor players pretty hard because they have trouble dealing with blind/deceptive damage output of poison.

Ezekial, I really doubt the skill of your opponents, as Mundo and Garen are TOP picks on TT. Yes, Teemo is stronger on TT than SR, but he is not that strong. Teemo is nowhere near OP, he is closer to mid-range/balanced, but not quite there yet.

Teemo uses a lot of skill when played versus good opponents. Bad players will let you walk all over them as Teemo, but good players with better champions WILL beat you. Just because Teemo is considered a "right click champion" (how you could consider him that after reading my full commentary is above me, though) doesn't mean he takes no skill.
I am of the opinion that champs with more abilities are more of a no-skill status as they have quite a few ways of doing things/ being useful to the team. On a more important vector, "right click" champions are ALL about perfect positioning, or you WILL be ineffective and you WILL die.

nice build. i got a pretty good kd with this. and dewo is right. teemo uses no skill.
