Mobafire Inhouses no longer represent an environment that is friendly, fun and relaxed. As such, I am no longer interested in being mentioned as a referee or in having the ability to balance/create these events so that afterwards I get messages from people asking me why did I invite them into a game against "rotten friends" or having people deny my invitations and tell me "I've had my fair share of mobafire for a lifetime".
Or even feeling guilty about inviting Bronze players who have been nothing but kind or friendly towards me but can't fair well against players uninterested in anything but using them as fodder, so that later on one or two of these same players say "don't invite X because he's bronze". In fact, me myself have had nothing but toxic behavior directed at some of these players because of how furious I am at the state of things.
Already know this will sum up to the "win vs have fun" discussion of which I have no interest. I am already aware there's people who only have fun if they're ****ting over others and that inhouses have been turned into a pissing contest by weeding out the people who expect a relaxed environment and that, unless rules were created, it'll always remain so purely based on the fact that the pressure into making inhouses competitive comes from higher elo players.
I might still play just for the chance at free RP, bae likes gifts.

Fact is, the EUW inhouse is an e-peen contest for like 90% of the players there, and frankly, people who say they play it only for fun are being absolutely ridiculous. That very environment was what made me develop a loathing for this kind of games (and, as you probably know, instantly decline every invite I'd receive), not to mention a slight, but very apparent hint of toxicity.
But yeah, it's easy to be hypocritical about the matter. I know just how salty one can get after those, and the same people who complain about inhouses revel in the slaughter when they're on the winning side, or rather, it's only fun when you're winning.
