I myself fight the demons of stress. It can be overcome though. I thought myself doomed to the cycles of insecurity and anxiety. Making healthy changes (diet, exercise) can help your mindset a lot though.

i havnt updated my rune pages since like season 3, i still had lifesteal runes on my adc page and MS quints on everything else

and its only gonna take a million IP to get new runes because all the ones used now were **** back then
