League of Legends (LoL) Question: Can admins release guides from sb. else?

Currently I can't click on one specific draft which was the last edited from all drafts. Now I wonder if the admins or mods are able to either release a guide for someone or send the coding of the draft. I really want to work on it but I get the network error 500 since the update of the website and it is really frustrating if your active work is the only one without access. Every information is appreciated!
