well, lord dominiks is in general useful than the other lw upgrade, since the latter is useless if the enemies dont have heal stuff.

also, you arent a real tank so the passive will trigger to at least one enemy. plus, even if you didnt build any tank items you would be tankier than enemy adc and (sometimes) apc.

I like the content, but I'm not sure why you'd couple Lord Dominik's Regards with tank items, as it makes the passive useless.
