Fixed! A tweak elsewhere had some surprisingly far-reaching consequences and affected the browse page. Thanks for the heads up! It is now properly sorted by modify datetime.
Edit: While I'm here I should mention - the S4 selection is fine because, the page "stacks" guides by season, so the S4 ones will always appear at the end anyway :) You will only see them if you scroll past all the S6 ones (assuming it is working correctly at least).

As you can see it does show updated guides but not recently. When I used to look through updated guides, the first one was always the most recently updated guide (today or yesterday). Yet, there are only top rated guides. I really want to see if a person updated a guide may it be a new or old guide:(
I always thought in new guides should be only new guides not re-published guides. The author of the Nasus guide published the guide in 2014 and it seems like he only edited the guide.
I think the default should be ALL instead of S4.
Even with ALL as setting, Updated Guides look the same.
