Still, it is Forg1ven, the one known for outfarming everyone and everything, which he did, except against Steelback in both games. The other game was a rather close call but Steelback still had more cs.
But yeah, the reason is probably that UoL invests everything into Steelback while H2K shares their farm. Also the reason why Steelback has the highest farm in general in the league.
(BTW: Suprise, Loulex and Steelback have the highest KDA in the league)

Steelback is also strongest if he has either
Kalista or
Sivir and Hylissang slowly comes back into his playoff-form. Loulex has rather random performances but his latest
Lee Sin game was very impressing considering the fact he was so far behind. Csacsi is by far the most consistent on the team and he can even carry on tanks. Fox is so so, but don't give him a favorable matchup
Zed.
Now, if Hylissang can pick up
Morgana again, that could work awesome.

So... What are your guys thoughts on og vs h2k?

I've been told that og really made good use of swapping between xpeke and poe.
Is it worth my time to watch it? I've got some time to kill before my lunch date

Doubt it. The laneswaps were played quite well by each team (no mistakes but also little innovation) so unless you like standard laneswaps and want to learn from that, no.
