But that wasn't was he was referring to, was it? That definition seems to be irrelevant, the one I provided seems to be the relevant one since I'm pretty sure he wasn't referring to the bill (which is especially likely considering that he doesn't live in the US).
So in conclusion it does not seem like Meijyhe is misusing the term at all.
Because what better way to label the freedom to speak your mind than "freedom of speech" or "free speech"? Just because it's referring to one specific thing in one part of the world doesn't mean that the rest of the world suddenly is wrong.

Well the OverWatch patch just came out and a new Tracer Pose has been added
the old one that was removed because it was deemed to sexy and not fitting to Tracers Character.
The new one which is more fitting to Tracers Character anyway.
I can still see the SJW'S getting upset but who asked them anyway. I think Blizzard made a good compromise here because the second pose in my opinion just looks better and has more of a whimsical feel which is what Tracer is apparently all about.
