Good guide, the threats to Nautilus section needs an update. I would include common match ups, how they rank obviously, and a tip or trick on how to play against the matchup. Especially against the tougher match ups. Like should I be passive until 6 or can I level 3 all in and win trades ezpz or should I try to bait out an ability and then go in, that kind of stuff.

Cool build, just one question: how would Naut perform if he's matched against a Thresh? I'm imagining pretty even unless Thresh simply goes ahead and hooks him during his Dredge Line. However, Nauts Riptide seems to have more effect if done well, as it stuns all enemies in the path and they get knocked-up, which can be followed with a Yasuo ult.

I'm mastery six with Nautilus and take him support most if not all the time. Normally I just go pure tanky and try to absorb all of the damage. I start with relic shield, build face of the mountain, and then dive right into health items. I normally go Warmog's Armor and Spirit Visage, then change up the rest depending on the other team. If their adc is fed I get some armor, but if not I normally lean towards magic resist just because I use armor runes anyway. I normally get my hook first because I party with my adc, who mains Draven. If i can hook their support, Draven can get his powered up autoattacks and I root them, we can secure a kill pretty consistently early game, and the two of us just snowball. Just thought I'd add to this by giving another method

I recently went into Nautilus Support more and more. Now, here's a question I've been rambling about quite a bit recently. Building Face of the Mountain as opposed to the Eye takes away an item slot for pretty much a bit flat health and a shield activated ability, which doesn't quite seem worth it, does it? Is the FotM activated really so strong that you would sacrifice an entire item slot (Which, after all, could be used for something super impactful like Crucible or some bomb tank item like Randuins)? I'm pretty new to the game, so I might be wrong, but it seems to me picking the Eye over the Face and getting an additional slot is better. Objections?

Eye is way more cost efficient currently and gives you a better early build path into more effective active items (redemption, locket, etc)

Hi, thanks a lot for this build.
Just one question, face of mountain + iron solaris + redemption bring heals or shields for the team, so why isnt Mikael's worth it as last item?
i'm very noob it's just for more understanding, no suggestion

at that point in the game 30+ minutes it's a lot of money to spend on mana regen that you get no value out of

I never considered going attack speed on Sup Nautilus, I've always used armor marks since I also get the scaling health runes.

Why do you need mana runes? That only makes sense for blitz for his shield. Try red armor yellow armor blue MR and quint hp/5 for 17 armor 12 mr and 8.1 hp/5 and if you take the two health regen masteries any harass you receive in lane is negligible making any engage you chose much safer.

Ok but why u titled it #37 Nautlius in the World if You are 41449 with his role? (25.10.16)
Checked on http://www.leagueofgraphs.com/
I think best site for it, better than lolking, lolskill, opgg but maybe I am wrong
Of course You are good player (division, other champions, but that information is lie)
