The new Jayce can't add any skills to his R

So, update your leveling to every skill with 6 points in it

R is available at level 1 though

Your leveling guide confuses me. I like the build, and I've tested it... But the leveling still confuses me, being the q/e leveling doesn't work unless you favor the hammer.
