I can't translate that sentence fully out of the top of my head though; I don't know the meaning of 得, but yeah I'm studying Chinese (as part of my bachelor degree) but still suck balls at it. It's lots of fun though and I just use this to help me practise some more.

Two weeks, I'm going with a dozen other people from my Chinese class. We're visiting Beijing for the first week, then Xi'An for the next. In Beijing I'll be staying with a host family for a few days, which means I get to embarrass myself horribly while trying to talk to them :3
