Hi. Nice guide. But Rylais is real good on Morg. You can slow down your enemies with W, when they try to chase you or you are chasing them, which makes it easier to hit your Q.
Also it is wonderful with your R, since all heroes will be slowed as long as they stay in it. In combination with liandris you are Melting your opponents to death. But bring a hourglas since after one or two fights you will be focused like hell.
I'm glad you enjoyed my guide. I generally don't like Liandry's and Rylai's since there are in my opinion better options which cost less. Flat AP is often better on Morgana because her ratios are quite high, Rylai's can be good, I'll have to try it out some more with some of the new and reworked items of 6.9. Try Luden's Echo if you can, it's a great item to kite with!
