As
i mean i was vs him once allthough i played so safe still i could not win line at all since jg rolers totally forgot we have a top line XD
Compared to Black Cleaver Trinity has less flat AD, but makes it up well with Lunge's Spellblade procs, only a little more health bonus, and armor penetration which I don't quite believe fits Fiora's kit. Of course her damage is mainly physical, but proc'ing vitals and going all-in with ult make the enemy take a good amount of True Damage, so I don't feel Black Cleaver is a perfectly good pick for Fiora. 30% armor pen is sure good, but that's only if we attack 6 times, and small skirmishes and, at the best case scenario, proc'ing and entire ult only nets 4-5 stacks of Black Cleaver. The item is amazing for champions who deal damage constantly, like Darius' bleeds and Garen's E.
I mean I'm doing something somewhere wrong, I know it. That's why I'm still in Gold V, but I can't quite place my finger on where the fault lies. I mostly get Trinity, boot upgrade, Ravenous Hydra, then 2 more defensive items depending on the enemy team and finishing with Sterak's.
Beautiful guide with the good matchup explanations!
Thank you for your feedback! I hope you enjoyed the guide. Though I regret not having finished the matchup descriptions yet due to finals coming up. But after finals, I'm sure I'll have all of them done quickly.
Anyway, for your build order, instead of building
Also, damage items work best when built first instead of as an last item. Hence I would suggest building three damage items before going for the defensive items. However, if you find yourself behind in the mid game, you should just skip the third damage item to go for a defensive item such as
As for
But ultimately, it all comes down to practicing, just play more games, identify your mistakes and you can easily improve. Good luck in climbing.
Aegis EnGarde
I'll give Black Cleaver and a third damage item another chance, but after playing so many games with the same pattern it all just feels weird.
Thanks for the reply!
