I translated every single stat (including masteries) into a build. And it works pretty well.

sometimes i run with a mejais in my DPS build. but if you play High ELO, the DPS is alot better because then other heroes can focus in other secions (casters, tanks, etc.) She is a hard hitting DPS. Along with a steady burst/caster and LongRange DPS(ex. Tristana/Akali/Twitch/Annie) you can pair up with a tank like Alistar or Rammus to KILL the other team. The support model works better mid ELO (AP style) but trust me as you go up, you go DPS :)

HeAt i checked your build about Kayle dps and it's very intresting. I tried to play Kayle as a clear dpser but I noticed that her skills are much better and useful when they have got some ap boost! :) Try it!
