League of Legends (LoL) Question: What ADC should I dedicate my time to learning?

Vayne is a girl first off. :) I would suggest lucian or possibly ez. You said you like to play mid and top. In both those roles you either are using spells a lot or have spells that are dashes and things like that. Lucian is good for any starting adc in my opinion because he is pretty much always strong and I don't see him getting nerfed in the near future. I recommend ez because he is kind of weak early game but if you can farm well you can carry games.

Since you main mid/top you can actually get by not playing ADC if you don't like it. The new champ select lets you stick to just 2 roles anyway, it'd only be a problem if autofill is enabled. At which point you'd do better learning support. :^)

I'm a Silver II mid/adc main and right now I'm in promos for Silver I. The champs I've been spamming right now are Malzahar and Miss Fortune. Miss Fortune right now is pretty strong and her kit is very easy to learn. If you're looking to win pick champs like Miss Fortune, Caitlyn, and Ashe. Ezreal is also very viable but Miss Fortune, Caitlyn and Ashe are in God Tier right now for Silver and Bronze queues. These queues are where the majority of League players play in ranked. If you're looking to play someone fun I'd pick Ezreal. Sivir's also a good pick but you have to be really good at kiting with her. Overall, my recommendation is Caitlyn and Miss Fortune.

Ezreal. First off, There is a reason that he is consistently since his intro been the most or one of the most popular adcs. The kit works. Don't dedicate yourself to mastering a Flavor of the patch champ for a new role, who might not be viable a couple weeks from now. Ezreal is consistent. His blue Build allows you to build armor on an adc, a rare luxury for someone new to bot lane, as well as having a great escape in his e. The more you play him the better you will get at landing Skill Shots and aiming globals, both skills valuable on many champs. He has a very nice skill curve. He is both forgiving and easy to not feed with when you are new to him, and when you master him you will become frightening. his kit is basic yet allows for alot of small things to show knowledge of the champ, just for example eing into your own w for attack speed(I love that little trick).

Edit: I probably should've mentioned what the blue build is. The blue Core that is extremely popular on ez is Manamune, ionian boots, and iceborn. the full blue build for the ocd is manamune, ionian boots, iceborn, essence reaver, blade of the ruined king, and mortal reminder.

Draven or Caitlyn I think are good ADs to main. Draven tends to be very difficult but is easily unfightable if played correctly since his dps can quadruple what a regular AD can dish out. Caitlyn is an easy champion to play since her range makes for a powerful laning tool. Her range can be a double-edged sword as well--finding the balance makes her a rewarding champion to main.
