Well, TBH, such an early Nashor's Tooth provides you with no damage. That's approximately 3k~ gold to farm up plus boots before you get any real AD. Yes, I know some of her abilties scale with AP, but most of them scare horribly. The only one that would make any sense is Make It Rain because it's 80% of AP. Your ult is either 20% of AP or 50% of weapon damage. Impure shots is only 5%. Therefore, you're just crippling your early-game damage so I seriously suggest rethinking that item.
