Like the guide but doesnt the spirit visage and frozen hart give a little to much cd and tankynes and not enough dmg?
It is totally up to you to decide your build, generally, since in low elos you can't rely on your team and you have to act as a front line for most of the fights as a toplaner, I recommend building some defensive items such as FH or SV. Also, you can go for Abyssal Scepter and Rylai's. However, unless you have a team whom you can reliably depend on, this is the safest build for Ryze imo.
If you want to build a full damage output glass cannon just go for Void Staff and Abyssal Scepter instead SV and FH. Once again, this totally depends on your knowledge of the game and your team. No one would follow a certain build path without any changes in high elos every game.

hi! love your guide helped me a lot. but can you explain why you chose Natural Talent over Vampirism?
yea at 18 its great but wont Vampirism helps you more in laning?
they are low-tier mastery trees and do not impact the game that much, it's much of a personal preference. You can totally go for vampirisim and you won't even feel the change
