A great, In-depth guide for fellow Ahri mains! This is probably the only Ahri guide i'll use, even though i don't play her as much as i used to do :^)

The changes are great. Her losing the Q movespeed isn't that big of a deal, it was gimmicky and unnecessary anyway so I won't miss it.

I've always played Ahri as an assassin over anything else and my favorite version of her was when she had the damage amp on Charm, so it'll be cool to see it back. Even if they choose to go with a version without the damage amp, she's trading movespeed for damage which I'll take any day.

I think she'll end up being over-tuned tbh, but I won't be complaining :^)

Also, looks like it's being delayed til 8.7 or later.

Say, i always get morello first item unless i need abyssal / zhonya against certain kind of people because of the mana it gives, but could i actually go for let's say a lich bane first item and double doran and still have no longer any problems with mana? Lich bane really do boost your total damage and getting it early does increase your burst power and so increases GREATLY you're killing pressure.

Oh yah, also i saw some Camilles go mid lane, so how is Ahri against her? Since you play ahri top too i think you may one day have found yourself against her. I feel like her cage makes us want to jump by the window, but is it possible to kite her within that thing? (And yes i love Camille, NEXT MAIN FOR ME HELL YEH.)

Oh god pls no not you too Zepekinio. Ima just straight up say it now. Lich Bane is overated. There, I said it. I personally ONLY like it as a 6th item. Oh, also, when you need Abyssal first, don't actually go Abyssal unless you're like against 4 AP because you only get 20 MR more than the Negatron. It's much better to go Negatron into Morello, and THEN complete Abyssal, or just skip it and get it later. Same thing goes for Hourglass. Don't ever complete Hourglass, go Seeker's into Morello and then continue the standard build. A stacked Seeker's gives 45 armor, guess how much armor HG gives you? That's right, 45.. The ONLY exception to actually finishing Hourglass vs AD right away is if you're behind vs Zed.

Also, in both cases of Seeker's/Negatron first item, you should always be going double Ring to sort out your mana issues. It's also worth to note that Codex has higher priority than Chapter when Morello isn't the first thing you're building.

Camille huh, well I'm sure you're aware that she's busted, and her Ult is absolutely stupid and really screws Ahri and there's basically 0 counter play. Vs Camille I'd actually say to finish Hourglass, because at least then you can run down some of her 'cage' duration or whatever it is and then maybe have a chance of escaping, but probably honestly still no you're just dead really. Also Treads would be needed against her because of how easy it is to be stunned. She will get nerfs, it's just a matter of time :D

Overated eh? I'll keep that in mind then. Also that's funny actually what you are saying about zhonya and abyssal, i always went negatron/seeker and then morello and finished abyssal/ zhonya later back when i started playing ahri and then stopped doing that a few months ago.
Ain't this a predicament.

As for Camille yeah, she really is busted can't wait the nerfs, so i'll ACTUALLY be able to play her XD; I saw what was written so far on the PBE patch and from what i can remember, she is going to get her life and base damaged nerfed, not by a lot tho. I do know that Camille gets beaten by Darius on the top lane still, since you can cancel her E or forbid her from using her W with Darius hook, so i'm fine against her on the top lane personally, wonder if charm can be used on the same way?

I mean, a long time ago it was the optimal thing to do though, but now that both HG and Abyssal are extremely meh items, it's just not worth completing them bar specific circumstances anymore.

And who doesn't Darius beat vs melee honestly? I think he's pretty busted too. Charm I'd imagine would stop her charge thing, but I'm not sure about the interaction with her wall jump since Charm no longer interupts dashes. I think I've actually only played against her 3 times so far, and once on my team. I've lost every game that there's been a Camille in so far. The one time I had the Camille on my team, she lost 1v1 to Bankplank, even with me killing GP multiple times via ganks. Typical eh?

Yeh, Darius is manly and busted against melee champions and there ain't anything i can say against that, even though a well played riven or yasuo will destroy a Darius, but that's a story for another day.

Also i never even lost lane a single time as Camille, i just feel like her kit is...pure DOMINATION on the top lane, and i mean even worse than Darius.

Darius, when you use all your spells and DUNK them they die, but if they play safe or are ranged, or a darius counter they can pull off something yaknow. Camille?
--> Play safe she'll come for you with E
--> damage her she'll heal up with her W, even if it hits only the creeps
--> attack her/ get attacked? She'll open you in half with her Q, and can chase you down with the move speed it gives as well (and TRUE DAMAGE lol)
--> Enemy gank? She is super safe with how far the range of her E goes.
--> Camille have her jungler gank / got the advantage? Unless you can bump her out of the zone, you are DONZO.
--> Finally, Camille R makes her untargetable, so you can dodge a yasuo tornado or a Darius Q quite easily, which even though skill based, is overloading her with her current kit.

Now i play her top since i ain't the best jungler, but i do feel like she's even more broken in the jungle lol, if she gets on R range at level 6...
...Welp you're screwed lol.

It's Champs like him why I don't play Top anymore, and funnily enough I used to main Top :D

And yeah, the one tiome I laned vs Camille I beat her (as Irelia) but as the game went on there was nothing i could do against her. She becomes a monster with items.

Top and mid are the two solo lanes of the game after all i'm not surprised. And yeah she really is a beast.

Yeah I used to Main Top only, then Mid and Top when Ahri came out, then Mid and Support when I played a lot of Morg Support, now I'm a Mid/Jungle Main and I'd even go as far as to say Jungle/Mid as it's often how I queue up now :D

Edit: Also notice how over 6 years I've never touched ADC hehe

When i started the game i only played tristana, she was my ticket to understand wtf was going on in this game. Next i ALSO turned to morgana and still play her really well, my friend says i "cage on command" lol.

Finally after a few months of playing lol, the mid lane interested me, and i needed something simple to start with, i hated annie, she was not fun at all. So i became an OTP katarina untill i was able to try ahri in the free rotation, and immediately started to spam ahri afterward.

Top lane was always second to me as i L O V E D riven, even though i sucked at her back in the days.

AND AS SUUUUUUUUUUUUCH i never really trained the jungle, which is why i stay away from that role (even though i got a jungle pool of 3 champs for now : Elise, evelynn, VI)

And...yeah...i know. 85% of the champs i play are females. But I ain't no pervert trust me xD;

When I play Morg I'm either an aimbot god and hit everything, or I'm Cardboard V and miss all binds :D

Well, your Jungle pool is bigger than mine LOL. I may be a Jungle Main now but I'm definitely an OTP when it comes to Jungle, being Elise :D

Let's look at the Champs I play/have mained then. Ahri, Irelia, Akali, Elise, LeBlanc, Shy, Morg, Lulu, Kha'Zix, Maokai. Sooo 9 females, a bug and a tree lmao

Well everytime i go into the jungle i mainly go Elise that's true, since she's the one i got the most experience one, i want to be kind of SURE that i won't **** up, ain't gon lie.

And good, i ain't the only one who forgot male champions are a thing, makes me feel better. Kind of. Maybe. (na not really actually, still wonder wtf i'm doing with my life when i see my champion collection lol.)

Yeah there's been a couple of occasions this past week where Elise was taken by the enemy team so I've had to Jungle the Tree, but luckily those games went well. I even had this siiiick Baron steal the other day! But yeah I panic when Elise is taken or banned and I'm Jungle :D

I mean, I used to be super manly and played Xin, J4, Renekton, Zed, Talon, Wukong, Hecarim, Nocturne, Pantheon, Udyr, Malphite & Warwick all the time. This was a loooong time ago though. Like, we're talking 4+ years ago...

Epic is all that i have to say in front of that play lol. get baron THEN slaughter the enemy team, one thing after another gentlemen.

And hey i still have ****ing...Darius, kled, graves and BRAUUUUM for the manliness and Jhin for the fabulousness. I do love me some thresh too tho, if supp = auto fill didn't exist i would probably put myself a good old Mid then support preference from time to time if it weren't for that bul****.

I do stand at a 100% win rate on morgana with ranked on 2 or 3 games after all lol. And yeah i used to play Zed, and then the meta said **** you. So i stopped. Feels bad man.

Haha, yeah! We lost though lmao

Speaking of auto fill, I can't recall ever being auto filled Top, it's only ever Support or ADC :O Bot lane is trash though fk that lane :P

I feel like Zed is the type of Champ that you should only play if you main him, like Riven and Yasuo. The only Zed's I see nowadays are pretty much One Tricks.

And while i do have some mechanix and know what you are supposed to do as zed i'm far from being a main so, i won't be playing that champ untill they make him get back on a normal stand.

I once lost a ranked where i was 28/7 with darius, so i fell you lol.
