Except for secret stash and fervor masteries the guide seams good. Warwick is pretty easy to use in toplane. I changed secret stash for assassin and fervor for the life steal. theres nothing more annoying than a top that self heals in the last moment by more than half its HP, except teemo with his poisons and blind. So against that little demon id start with Magic resist and then the sheen.
