Why is there two first backs? V confused rn as to why we need 2 Hammers

its just another route for the first back. you choose which one you want.

Can I get rid of the boots?

ofc you can then switch it for some armor or mr.

I'm sorry this build just didnt work for me. The Attack speed runes with the ad jungle item is good as it seems but early game you give up a lot of damage yi has a true damage e for a reason so you can proc it more therefore i find attack speed yi early game better then this build.
Sorry it just didn't work.

I understand how you feel maybe if yu try this build again try 1st tier jungle item then finish Attack Speed shoes then finish warrior because when i have trouble i do this and it puts me ahead quite a bit especially when i invade and take enemy camp. Sorry this build didnt work though.
