I am a mid lane and ADC main, so i am not too familiar with the best jungle paths, but i prefer the following: Blue Sentinel (smite) -> Gromp -> Wolves -> Red Buff (smite) -> Ancient Krugs -> Back.
Ashe has pretty poor jungle first clear both in terms of damage taken and time taken, but if you can kite the camps well then your health bar should stay pretty ok to reach krugs without having to back.
Once you can clear camps a little bit better, you can try to do the following:
Blue Sentinel -> Wolves -> Red (Smite) -> Scuttle crab -> Gank (If possible).
