I know it's your first guide so maybe a few tips:
- First of all, try to use punctuations in your sentences, since the lack of it makes it pretty painful to read sometimes.
- If you want more help with the BBcoding, check the BBcode guide.
- Third is the keystone: Stormraider's Surge gives you the chase potential, but don't you think Fervor of Battle is better because of the AD it gives in teamfights (60 AD is pretty damn great). When you want the extra chase, Frozen Mallet seems like it gives you enough already.
Last thing is the defensive items, which I think aren't a good option for Kog'Maw since it decreases your potential damage output a lot. Good player (I count you as good since you're Diamond ;) ) should be able to stay alive with good positioning.
My favorite build with Kog is --> Berserker's Greaves, Blade of the Ruined King, Runaan's Hurricane, Wit's End, Frozen Mallet, and a Last Whisper item.
