Sometimes, there are simply games that you cannot win. However, if you see something undesirable in champion select, such as somebody taking your role, or if you're forced into a role you don't want to play, you can simply dodge the game, especially if it's a normal game. Going into a game you don't want to play will make people tilted, remember that this is just a game, you're supposed to have fun, don't take it too seriously.
Instead of focussing on one bad game experience, you can simply either take a break or play again, take what you learned from that game however little they are, and try to improve your skills, do understand that if even through a lot of games, you find yourself unable to improve, you should look to do a little bit of reflecting on yourself instead of focussing on the few games where you got "trolled".
And for what happened in that game for you, you should try to build a QSS earlier, build Mercury Treads so you don't get rooted/stunned for too long, and be more careful and aware of the enemies' positionings before you engage, you should find yourself in a favourable position such as you catching off an enemy while the others are all on the other side of the wall etc. Sometimes, you simple have to be more patient and wait for them to split up to maybe chase your teammate, going straight in 1v5 will very likely result in you being focussed down very quickly.
