Hi! I apologize for the late response. I was not notified of a comment. I'm glad you build Teemo in a similar way. This build is pretty fun to use especially once you get to the Nashor's Tooth. When playing against a champ such as Pantheon you have to play safe as he will poke you down easily (I suggest buy some Armour when you can). He's one of the only champs I don't enjoy playing against. As for Riven, I enjoy going against her especially once I get the Rageblade they usually melt quickly, If you didn't let her eat you up before then. This can be avoided easily by poking when possible and not getting greedy for minions. Use you Blind wisely! After you get to the point when you can buy an item after Nashor's Tooth you can pretty much buy whatever is necessary, such as : Health/Armour or even as you mentioned, something with more DPS. I do pick up Rabadon if I'm not worried about being too squishy. I hope this helped. Again I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks!

I used to think this myself til recently but there are benefits to getting Rylais. Hammer is better when you want to chase or need to kite but it does nothing to power up mushrooms or your q or the damage on your e.
