Dear Support Team,

please fix the Issue occuring at my: "Garen/teed too dominate the Game" Guide, at whose I cannot reply ANY Comments.

- I tried without BBC-Codes
- I tried without Reply or Quote Button
- I tried too normal post it

But everytime: The page reloads, but without my Comment! Can you pls fix that issue? I´d be really happy!

P.S: One of the "lost" Textes I wrote but couldn´t be posted...

Dear Garen Players!

I decided too improve the Guide even further! Be Aware of new coming Banners and Comics, explaining Garen and what he should an should not do/buy. I wrote everything of Garen down and will maybe make Videos about the Animation-Cancels.

I´m open for Feedback and would like too hear some Ideas too even further improve this Guide, it will be the best Guide there is !

Is anyone else experiencing issues with this? Also, @ Loki029, are you experiencing the issue only on your own Garen guide or on all guides in general (and if so, which browser are you using and do you have another browser which you could use to test it with as well)?

Edit: I should also note I tried to post something in response to your guide and it worked fine for me (though you won't see the comment now since I removed it straight after).

I did several Comments and I don´t know why and when the Issue occurs.

I posted that i liked a Guide (with BB-Code) and worked fine, but by an other Guide I couldn´t post a Thing. Currently I use the Standard Internet Explorer 11.0.43 (2013 Microsoft). I could try on an other Browser at Home, but currently I just use Moba between the Time no Customor is in my Office.

I hope you can help me with this Problem, because I really want my Viewers too see that I will improve the Guide, but don´t have many more Ideas too do so.

@ Loki029 I've tried a few things and I haven't been able to replicate this issue. Next time it happens could you note down a few things to help us investigate?

1) The exact date and time that it happened, down to the minute (and your time zone).
2) The text you were trying to post.
3) The page you were trying to post on.
4) Which comment you were replying to, if any.

Using the date and time you provide, I can sift through our server logs from around that time to see if there are any errors or warnings. If I don't find anything in the logs, I'll try to replicate the issue you're having again with the info you provide.

I also recommend trying a different browser if you can, as Wayne3100 suggested. Let us know if you have this error at home or only at your office. If it only occurs at your office, that means something is wrong with your office setup. Such as browser or OS issues, or your work network interfering with your activity.

4) I tried with and without replying, but I´d like too reply too the guy asking if it is finished yet.
