He has been better, but I think Rhaast is still super strong with the right items.

What do you mean electrocute is the best option for Rhaast? Seems a bit outdated, no offense

Warrior > Cleaver, the cost efficiency and higher AD are better as a first item

I have another question, about the masteries, have you tried intelligence instead of precision? is it okay?

It's alright. CDR is a great stat on Kayn so it's never going to bed bad.

However 6 lethality, in my opinion, is better than 5% CDR (that goes over cap). Having 30 lethality in runes/masteries means that you'll be only 6 lethality short of having free double lethality items. The amount of extra damage lethality offers you is insane. Not to mention, if you choose SA the MPen isn't wasted thanks to the passive.

It's good, but I prefer the pen.
