I've recently switched to ADC from mid lane and I was wondering what some of the best late game ADC's are in the game. I will have a very nice game early as the game progresses I become irrelevant. I like Ezreal, Lucian, Ashe, and Caitlyn. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well, none of the adcs you've listed are bad late game, but I believe you are asking about are the hyper carries. The best ones I think right now would be Tristana and Twitch.

The ADCs that deal the most damage late game would probably be Kog'Maw and Twitch. That said, champions like Tristana can compete with them as her range and mobility allows her to position safely enough in a chaotic teamfight to perahps weave in more autoattacks
