I wouldn't say it denies the kill potential, because it actually rises it, but it will make you explode in fights, those items are really expensive and provide 0 utility, gunblade works fine if you are confident enough, way better than botrk, but i wouldn't suggest both gunblade and titanic, ravenous might be a good way to provide both waveclear and sustain, I dont feel it tho, will surely try it and give some feedback if i have an opportunity to do so.

Im some scenarios, yes, but the thing about splitpushing is if you want to play like this you should build against your opponent and if you play against heavy AD bruiser and get magic resistance item you are likely to lose a 1v1.

Also, botrk is in a really bad condition right now, I suggest going for gunblade for sustain instead of botrk as the item is really weak right now.

Gunblade provides enough sustain anyway, no need to power it up with visage unless you play versus a lot of magic damage. For example, yesterday I played against swain top with evelynn in the jungle and aurelion mid, my build was mercs, hexdrinker, trinity, adaptive and i would consider visage also if it lasted longer.

I'm glad you like it, the thing is that I'm waiting for Conqueror to be taken into the servers from PBE to fully update the guide here, cause right now Jax really struggles in toplane.

It is not an appropriate pick when you are about to counter yourself, as I don't mind playing vs jayce or gnar but I wouldn't pick Jax into pantheon, swain, akali (which i ban every game so it won't happpen) or kennen. This is when I go for Swain mostly, sometimes Darius, Renek, Fiora, Tryn, Malp, Nasus, Singed, Jarvan if the matchup is cool for me, I can play a lot of champions, I just spam Jax because im the best with him.

For example if they get swain top i would go tryndamere, against pantheon I'd go swain, renek against akali etc, this is what I also do when Jax is picked or banned, depends on who I feel I want to play.

About tiamat or titanic - it's cool if you play against a tank that you can't kill and u can keep shoving into him, but I hardly ever do that, but I've seen Stevens do it against champions like poppy who rush bramble vest and there is no way you are going to kill them.
