I've seen a lot of transcendence and gathering storm, but forgotten project recommends bone plating and overgrowth. Which one is better? Bone plating and overgrowth give more livability. While transcendence gives CDR, which is great for her abilities. Also, gathering storm gives more scaling and more power late game, giving her great dualing potential at around 20 or 30 mins, which is great for low elo, since games last longer. At around 20 mins, the sorcery runes give you around 756 gold of stats, while the resolve runes give you something i don't know. Both seem really good, but which is better?

Hello,I really like Blade of the Ruined King on Fiora rather than Ravenous Hydra. Can you try it aswell? With new BotRK, you start destroying everything after botrk and trinity. Can you add a build like this too?

Hi.
As Fiora I always have mid-late game mana problems... sometimes I get Blue buff when I'm fed but I'd like to know what's your suggestion to solve mana hungry problems. I've been thinking of using over or over . Which one do you think is better?

Hey there nice guide! I was wondering if I could a have a little more in-depth information on how to deal with pantheon because I find myself experiencing hell when against him. He constantly spams his q at me and when I try to proc vitals his passive just blocks them. When I hug turret he's still able to get q's off on me forcing me to recall and with jg help I still end up dying. Help pls!!

Hey Fitzky,

Actually I have the matchup here, I just haven't updated it yet:

The trick to this lane is to simply wait and play really passive. There are no situations where you can out poke or out trade a Pantheon before level 6 in a normal circumstance. At level 1 – 5, you should look to staying way out of his range as to not get poked by his Spear Shot. But you should still get close enough to be able to get the experience. If he overextends to zone you from even getting the experience from the minions that are about to die, you should however look for a quick trade as the minions are killed to get the experience and quickly get away.

Keeping your health at full is very important in this matchup, as it prevents Pantheon from triggering the passive on his Heartseeker Strike, and prevents him from tower diving you as you are trying to cs. Losing a few cs is fine for early game as surviving it should be the main goal of the matchup, and the lane will push towards you eventually, allowing you a few cs.

When you are cs-ing under tower, you should look to auto attack the melee creeps and lunging to get the ranged minions, that way, Pantheon will not be able to poke you as easily as you will be safe under the turret's range. If he oversteps and gets his passive shot off by the tower, you can, if you are confident, quickly turn it around and do a quick trade and even kill him, but that requires you to have full health and that you have to maximize your damage.

After level 6, things get a bit easier because you now have kill potential on him. But you still have to remember that you should not get close enough when you are not ready to trade to not get poked and withered down before an opportunity comes. There are a few key points to note here when fighting against a Pantheon. These apply only to after level 6:

First, you should always not try to hit a vital when Aegis Protection is up, because it will refresh the CD of the vital, but it will not deal any damage, therefore negating one of your passive's damage. You should always try to hit away the Aegis Protection first, with either a Lunge or an auto attack, and then move to hit the vital. The same goes with your Bladework, if you hit Pantheon while he has Aegis Protection up, it will not have any effect.

Secondly, if he engages on you first with his Aegis of Zeonia, that is you have not used any spells or started attacking him yet, it becomes very easy to turn around and fight him as he just wasted one of his passive and the tool that lets him wait for CD during a fight. If he stuns you to engage, you should always look to turn around and do your spell rotation.

Thirdly, same with pre-6, if his passive gets shot off by a turret or a cannon minion, you should always look to fight him as he is without one passive. But with your ult, you can quickly capitalize on this mistake and kill him, as having one less passive means you can get your ult vitals off one attack earlier, which is important for you to kill him before he does.

Assuming that you did lane decently, and that you did not give up too many advantages, you should see that you will catch up in cs in the mid game and be able to apply much more pressure than he can. But you should always alert your team when Pantheon is level 6 and is missing from the lane, as he can also snowball from other lanes if he cannot snowball from you, and you should look to punish his roam by trying to keep the wave constantly pushed and take the turret when you can.
