Usually many people use The Bloodthirster, it gives you:
UNIQUE Passive: Your life steal overheals you, granting a bloody shield that absorbs up to 50 - 350 damage (based on champion level). This shield decays when out of combat for 25 seconds.
UNIQUE Passive: +20% Lifesteal.
But in my opinion, better for this build Death Dance combined with Phantom Dancer passive, it gives you more survivability and awesome damage with your W, cause you have 40% cdr with Eseence Reaver + Death Dance.
If you play against squishy team, then you can buy Static Shiv except Lord Dominik for 100% crit. Late game Sivir invinsible:)

Ill try your build sometime, but maybe i'll include Runnan Hurricane with the Death Dance if that will work

Death's Dance and Runaan is good combo items too, but not for Sivir, cause she have enough massive damage with her W and you won't get any effect from Runaan's passive
i will upgrade it later, defensive and offensive options
