In your item guide you say that 'Enchantment: Warrior' and 'Duskblade' are core items, but they don't even appear in your full build at the beginning :(
Am i missing something here?

If you click the second portrait of kayn right at the top, the cheat sheet will turn into shadow assassin, which will show duskblade and other items for him.
When i go to items i don't see any 'Enchantment: Warrior' for 1650 which i can buy :( i have to buy the whole 'Skirmisher's Sabre - Warrior'. How can you buy only the 'Enchantment: Warrior'?
As to the 'cheat sheet', i haven't noticed it at first. Thanks :)
Red smite + Warrior or Blue smite + warrior.
You're looking too deep into just the header, read the section just below explaining it in more detail.
Also it's listed outside of the sabre and for less gold because that is the price of the enchant.
It's like old homeguards. Homeguards cost 475g and that was the only effect they offered, but it can only be bought attached to a tier 2 boot. Same with the gem in my guide, it costs 1625g but it can only be bought inside a jungle sabre that increases its total cost to 2625.
