As a rammus main myself , i gotta say that your build is smart , but listen mine , i think its kinda better cuase of the fact you engage fast and oneshot any squishy run exact same masteries but get skirmish into cinderhulk then go for tabis or merc treds then rush warmogs , dead mans , glory , and for last item go for either mr mainly abyssal or go for randuins , try it and let me know btw the clear is wolfes , red , wolfes, blue gl :*
