Wukong is pretty strong in my opinion (his winrates in top and mid lane are really good too, however the playrate isn't the highest). Apart from that I mostly agree with your list :)

Yes, there are Wukong One-tricks, who are incredible strong, but Wukong is, in general, a quiet weak Champion.

hi , i agree with you with most of them, but i think miss fortune is still strong even with lethality or critical build, yi is unbalanced champ in my opinion ( easy oneshots adc ans shield supps) and last , lb is again strong , this is my opinion :) still good list :D

I think Miss Fortune's kit is simply to bad in the current mata to let Miss Fortune be available. Master Yi is not unbalanced, because Master Yi needs a lot of feed to get this strong. LeBlanc is available, but simply to easy outplayable to be strong.

Tanks are not OP in generaly, and in my Opinion Malphite is one of the weaker, but funnier Toplaner. But in some way, you are right.

Nidalee unbalanced what type of **** are u on? and Aatrox is pretty good right now, and Ryze is just dog **** awful in low elo(lower then Master)

In High Elo and compeditive Nidalee is so strong, that Nidalee is pick or ban nearly always. Aatrox (pre 8.13) is relevant, but in my opinion simply not strong enough to call Aatrox strong. Ryze is very hard to Play, but if you are able to play Ryze correct, Ryze is insane good.
