Akali, Tools of the Trade
Its a nice Build. I just don't care for jungling myself. I've seen too many games go wrong because of bad junglers. But I'm sorry I'm voting it down. Though I do respect how you showed a good route for jungling in here.

Just don't vote at all if you think that.
Jungling offers your team so many benefits it's not even funny.
Just because it's hard to do well and you've seen it go badly doesn't mean his guide deserves to be downvoted though.
That's like saying, "I'm gonna have to downvote your guide... You told me to take bottom lane and I've just seen players in bottom lane do very poorly before..."
DUH, THERE'S HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF TERRIBLE PLAYERS ON THIS GAME!
Of course junglers are going to fail. =/
If you question the viability of jungling, however, just watch TheOddOne from Team solo mid and how he jungles. That guy wins games easily. No problem.
I don't like Jungle Akali, it's not my playstyle.
Down-voting a guide because it's not your "playstyle" doesn't mean the guide or the build isn't viable.
